MAXSEAL SUPER provides durable internal and external protection against water ingress, carbonation, chlorides, sulphates and freeze-thaw cycles. Suitable for drinking water contact, UV resistant and solvent-free, it is ideal for waterproofing structures subjected to severe environmental and hydraulic conditions. The product can be applied as a continuous coating or by dusting onto foundation slabs, ensuring full protection and durability in civil engineering, industrial and building works.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Waterproofing of dams, channels, reservoirs, swimming pools, tanks and water conduits.<\/li>\n<li>Internal protection of tunnels, galleries, basements and elevator shafts against hydrostatic pressure.<\/li>\n<li>External protection of foundations and retaining walls exposed to aggressive groundwater or salts.<\/li>\n<li>Concrete protection in water treatment and purification plants.<\/li>\n<li>Waterproofing of bathrooms, kitchens, changing rooms and other indoor wet areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Osmotic penetration that seals cracks up to 0.4 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent resistance to positive and negative hydrostatic pressures.<\/li>\n<li>Breathable, applicable on damp substrates without primers.<\/li>\n<li>Protection against CO\u2082, chlorides, sulphates, freeze-thaw cycles and UV radiation.<\/li>\n<li>Suitable for potable water contact, durable and maintenance-free.<\/li>\n<li>Easy application by brush, roller, spray or dusting method on slabs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Application instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Mix MAXSEAL SUPER with clean water until a smooth lump-free paste is obtained, allow 5 minutes rest, remix briefly and apply in two crossed coats by brush, roller or spray, or by dusting on slabs followed by power trowelling.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consumption<\/h2>\n<p>By coating: 1.0\u20131.5 kg\/m\u00b2 per coat, total 2.0\u20133.0 kg\/m\u00b2 in two coats. By dusting: 1.5\u20132.5 kg\/m\u00b2, with possible increase up to 20\u201325% on highly reinforced slabs.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>MAXSEAL SUPER is supplied in 25 kg bags and drums, available in grey and white colours.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Precautions and safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear protective gloves, goggles and clothing. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and prevent inhalation of dust.
