This flooring system is specially designed for industrial environments requiring high durability and resistance to cleaning agents, degreasing surfactants, diluted acids, alkalis and hydrocarbons. MAXURETHANE CEM-L provides a smooth and uniform finish while ensuring high performance against heavy mechanical traffic and demanding service conditions. Its fluid consistency ensures easy application and fast installation, allowing the execution of seamless industrial pavements with excellent workability, high durability and very good thermal resistance even under demanding operating conditions.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Smooth finish pavements for petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance.<\/li>\n<li>Areas subject to heavy traffic such as workshops, warehouses, loading and unloading areas and cold storage facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Industrial floors exposed to aggressive cleaning agents, degreasing surfactants, diluted acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons and other chemicals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High mechanical resistance to compression, abrasion and impact.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent chemical resistance, higher than many epoxy-based flooring systems.<\/li>\n<li>Good thermal resistance from -25\u00b0C up to +70\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Fluid consistency with very easy workability and smooth finish.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous pavement without contraction joints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Application method<\/h2>\n<p>Premix liquid components A and B with a slow speed electric mixer until homogeneous. Gradually add powder component C while mixing mechanically until a smooth and lump-free fluid mortar is obtained.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consumption<\/h2>\n<p>Estimated consumption of MAXURETHANE CEM-L is approximately 2.0 kg\/m\u00b2 per millimetre of thickness. Consumption may vary depending on substrate porosity, surface texture and application method.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>MAXURETHANE CEM-L is supplied in a pre-weighed three-component set of 35.70 kg: component A in 5.40 kg container, component B in 5.30 kg container and component C in 25 kg bag.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Precautions and safety<\/h2>\n<p>Use protective gloves, safety goggles and suitable protective clothing during handling and application.
