MAXCRYL
MAXCRYL is a liquid additive based on acrylic resins in aqueous dispersion, designed to improve adhesion, workability and curing of mortars and concrete.
MAXCRYL significantly enhances fresh-state properties by increasing cohesion, water retention and ease of application. Once hardened, it improves flexural strength, abrasion resistance and reduces capillary water absorption. This acrylic additive is compatible with a wide range of cement-based systems, allowing the production of more durable, impermeable and stable mortars under demanding conditions. MAXCRYL also offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and cement alkalinity, contributing to longer service life and improved performance in repair mortars, renders and technical coatings.

Method of application
Apply MAXCRYL pure as a primer on clean, saturated substrates, or diluted with water depending on use. Mix with mortars using mechanical stirring until a homogeneous consistency is achieved before application.
Consumption
Estimated consumption as primer: 0.1 to 0.2 l/m² per coat. As an additive, dosage varies between ratios of 1:2 and 1:3 depending on application.
Packaging
MAXCRYL is supplied in plastic containers of 2, 5 and 25 litres, as well as 220-litre drums for professional and industrial use.
Health and safety
Wear protective gloves, goggles and suitable clothing during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water without rubbing.
